I'm going to treat with Q-tips and alcohol and quarantine anyway, but does this look like it could be mealy bugs?

I do see a couple of mealies but unfortunately I also see that spider mites have taken over as well. While treating, I recommend removing all limbs with signs of fungal infection as well.

I see evidence of spider mites. And possibly some rot?
