Are these rose bushes worth saving? There were four of them when we moved about a month ago. Now only two are left. I’ve been watering them, but they don’t seem to be getting any better. I want to eventually turn this green planter into a veggie garden. So any help is appreciated, thanks.

Water the base always never the leafs, it puts to much stress on them. Definitely looks like it needs a pruning too

Give it a hard prune, roses appreciate trims. Cut back damaged material and otherwise cut to improve air flow around and between the stems
