please help with my african mask :(( it was in great health and then started getting yellow crispy spots on it. i was told it could be root problem or reporting problem. so i reported it and cleaned off all root. few days later we moved 30 min away and i had to take it in the car. now it's so droopy and frail

could it be too much water? it's been moist for a few days now

Was it previously inside? If so it could be due to too much humidity or sunlight.  
Also not 100% sure of this but a lot of people say to keep things in a smaller pot depending on the plant size.  
Also could possibly be the type of soil?  
I know not a lot of help but just a few ideas
