Any idea what this long stem is on my Venus Flytrap. It almost looks like two heads and I don’t know if I should help him out or not. He’s had this head for 3 weeks now and it just keeps growing longer.

That's a flower stem

It's blooming! Those are a bit silly because they have to be tall enough that thier pollinators don't get stuck in the traps
