# My Algerian Ivy did NOT like the light in this western direct light…

My Algerian Ivy did NOT like the light in this western direct light sunroom. I moved it this morning to a spot that is about 8’ from western light. Hoping it does better here. Pic on left when it was new, pic on right is from this morning after I moved it.  
I water it every week and fertilize it every second week.  
Any suggestions? Should I cut it back? Help please!

It does look sunburned probably. I have not had this plant, but just from experience, I would trim it back. Get rid of the bad parts. As for watering, are you watering weekly because the plant needs it then, or because it fits your schedule?

I water it when it needs it. I’ll definitely cut it back a bit. Thank you!
