Please help!
I am very new to plants and gardening, this is my callisia repens pink panther (I think..) and it looks horrible. I got her about a month ago and I realized the basket it came in had no drainage holes so I just repotted her into a terracotta pot with drainage because I suspected root rot. My worry is that the new pot is far too big as so much of the plant was dead and mushy so I lost a lot of it. I tried clipping dead parts and soggy roots off that had weird fuzzies on it (Mold?) but I’m not too sure how I did. I’m also worried that it may not be getting enough light? My plant in-front of my south facing window but is about 10 ft away from it. If anyone has any tips or suggestions I would appreciate it so much! Thank you

Defo down size the pot, make sure it gets light from the top and sides

The clay pot is too big and holding excess soil and water. The plant roots are sitting in water too long because it can’t use all the water in that pot. This leads to root rot, fungal growth and creates an environment ideal for pests like fungus gnats that breed in wet soil.

I recommend repotting to a pot just slightly wider than the width of the root ball.
\- Use succulent potting mix or mix with lots of perlite or other aggregates that allow quick drainage.
\- place in very bright indirect light for at least 8 hours a day. 🍀🪴
