Definitely looks like it could be mealybugs! You can treat it with rubbing alcohol on a q-tip. Hope this helps!

Thank you!!! I have a bunch of them on another larger Peace Lily I got from the store. I bought some neem oil spray but am I right in feeling like it seems a bit aggressive of an answer?

You can try both. The alcohol first, and if it comes back, try the neem oil. And as a tip, highly recommend wearing gloves for this. Peace Lilies, Dieffenbachia, and Aglaonema all have toxic micro-crystals in their sap. It’s a defensive mechanism for the plant, and not everyone reacts to it, but those that do say it feels like broken fiberglass on your skin, so better safe than sorry. I also recommend using seperate gloves and tools with plants with that type of sap and not using them with your other plants to reduce the risk or transfer of the sap to any of your non-toxic plants.

Super helpful, thank you!

You also should probably quarantine your unaffected plants from the ones with possible pests, so it doesn’t spread to them

No problem! Happy to help!
