# My first time repotting a tree and I have no idea if I’m doing this…

_Posted by First time repotting on 2024-03-05_

My first time repotting a tree and I have no idea if I’m doing this right or not. I’ve put the tree next to the window, I used good drainage aggregate, cactus potting soil, and some fake green moss to help with the moisture control. It doesn’t seem to be growing much at all but that could just be due to the shock of being repotted early. I’ve also tried to trim some of the larger leaves to encourage new growth of smaller leaves. Any other tips I could benefit from?

Other than just letting it grow for a bit and seeing what happens?
