light for sure!! watering with silica added to help protect the variegation and high humidity 🫡

Where did you get it I need to know !  
Tips -  
Good light I keep mine under a grow light  
Watering- I water every week or so they are very easy to overwater  
Food - I fertilize mine and I feel it helps with new leaf growth !  
Repotting - you don’t need to do it often sense they are slow growers
