# I bought it end of January, just the root and stems from Walmart. It…

I bought it end of January, just the root and stems from Walmart. It was still to cold to plant so waited till the end mid Feb as a valentine's gift. It's been a month and nothing has grown. I let it sit in water for about 12 hrs then potted and watered.its in a 18in pot with regular potting soil  
What am I doing wrong? What should I do differently? I really want it to bloom. Please any help.

Ok. Ok. So just water as normal as it where already in Bloom?
