I have a variegated gloriosum (that randomly gained variegation) and there for has low variegation, i was wondering what kind of tips you have to gain more? i have it directly in front of a grow light and on the other side of it is a east facing window. i took a prop because it got thrips so im worried that will stunt the variegation. i’ve gotten rid of them in pretty sure and since i took a cutting there is two new growth points pushing out leaves at the same time. being impatient i unraveled one of the leaves and i see some variegation already but it looks less than the last leaf.

Just give it a good amount of light like you’re doing and you’ll see if the mutation is stable or not. Usually you do want to propagate the part of the plant that has the variegation and you did that right!
