Can anyone help me understand why all my monstera’s are bending at the neck ? I was on vacation for a week and didn’t water as the app requested but I think the twisting of the necks started happening before I left for vacation.

My alocasias do this when I don't give them enough light 🤷‍♀️

Mine do this is I put them back the wrong way after walking them away to do something, they starting turning back towards the window

I have them under a grow light. I saw that some people experience this when they turn or move them too much. I guess I gotta keep them still.

Yes, if the leaves are facing the light that they are receiving in a different way, they will turn to put themselves in the same position of the light again because that’s what they’re accommodated to. Good luck!

Give it something to grow on that will also help 🙂

Ah, yes! True! Didn’t notice it didn’t have a moss pole. That or a bamboo stick w some twine usually works for me

I did and just took it out for the picture and thought it really wasn’t helping or must not be in correctly
