# Has this ever happened to your monstera? Brand new and it’s dropping…

Has this ever happened to your monstera? Brand new and it’s dropping down. The stem doesn’t seem to be broken. Any advice is welcomed! Was thinking about just tying her back up. Thanks in advance!

You can buy a roll of green plant tape to wrap that droopy leaf up and hold it around your moss pole. It will look way better.

It could be droopy because it needs more humidity! Also I would buy plant Velcro tape you can get on amazon or at the dollar tree

I am SOOOOoooo glad all y’all said tie her up! I just did that with mine with that Velcro tape. I just bought her and don’t know a THING about her, but I like that they are big plants. Here’s a picture of mine. One with nothing, one with tape \& one photo you can  
see her with the Velcro tape, and a support from an orchid plant.

The top leaf on the left was torn when I bought her. This is a south facing window.
