Anyone got any advice?

My monsters is so limp and sad looking:(

I’ve changed the soil, check the roots (healthy).

Literally have no idea what’s wrong with it. Had it a long time so don’t want her to die!!:((

What’s her watering schedule like?

Do you check the soil before watering? You probably know this but monsteras like drying out between waterings, so it’s vital to check the soil so you’re not suffocating the roots

I don’t to be honest. I just water it and don’t even check. I’ll do that next time

Also looking closer at it, there’s a bunch of white dots, and some of yellow reminds me of thirp damage, could you look closer at them to see if they are moving?
