# my sister has this monstera \& it just keeps rotting worse \& worse at…

my sister has this monstera \& it just keeps rotting worse \& worse at the stems, any ideas on what can be wrong?  
not overwatering, was rotting at stems when bought from store, she doesn’t think she has it planted to deep, no root rot, \& no bugs!

Try taking it out of the pot and checking for rotted roots trim them and repot

How long ago did she repott it? When I repotted my monestra she started to lose leaves and look dead. It took sometime for her to get use to the new environment.
