# Hello i’m not too sure what I can do to fix this Monstera but if…

Hello i’m not too sure what I can do to fix this Monstera but if there is anything I can do please let me know. I do not have a source of income right now, so try not to suggest super pricey things. my main concern is the very thin like base holding everything up. I have a straw some old scissors from my elementary school and some form of plant holder keeping everything up. I’m just not sure if there’s a way to make like the base of this plant stronger.

Have you checked out the roots lately? Maybe she had some rot, or maybe the pot is too big. I’d check and see what the roots are looking like

I second that the pot looks like it might be too big for the monstera which could lead to more risk of root rot.

Basic chopsticks can be a decent support for plants when they’re shorter.
