The potting mix still looks like it has too much soil in it, and therefor is retaining too much moisture. My monsteras have done best with \<25% soil in their mixtures. I know you said you got a monstera mix but maybe adding more perlite, orchid bark, and/or charcoal will help the roots.

Have you treated the rotting roots with hydrogen peroxide? Or just cut them back? I’d definitely recommend treating them with hydrogen peroxide if you haven’t yet. There are good YouTube videos on how to do so.

Those particular symptoms look emblematic of root rot, and not an issue with lighting, humidity, or nutrients etc.

Good luck! It’s so sad when a plant starts to decline like this.

i watched some videos before repotting and did spray with peroxide when undoing the roots. she was severely root bound. i only found a tiny bit of root rot and followed the video on what to do about it

i also did put her on this trellis when i repotted, she was very spread out, to climb since my moss poles got canceled and i’m trying to find another set.

i also repotted a baby monstera the same way and she’s doing fine. so i don’t know what’s going on with this one or how to help. it was my first monstera and id hate to see it go :(

Looks like some root rot to me! I would give her the chop and try to save what You can!
