What is wrong with my monstera? She had little white stuff that wasn’t fuzzy on her leaf and kind of something that looks like if you found oil on your shirt on her leaves. And leaves were growing in with almost burnt like spots and a little crispy.

It could be spider mites if it’s not fuzzy , the burnt spots could be from overwatering or direct sun
