Does anyone know what this discoloration on my monstera leaf is? This is the only leaf on the whole plant that has discoloration like this. This first two pictures are current and the third one is what it looked like a month ago when I first got it.

Maybe mechanical damage

I’m concerned because it only seems to have gotten a little worse in this past month. Maybe that leaf isn’t getting enough light? There are like two other leaves over it that kind of crowd it out
