Looking for advice on how to save my monstera 🌱

It used to be so full and now only has leaves at the top, any new growth just dies off.

Can anyone please help? Thanks

Needs way more light

Your new leaves are getting smaller and lost their fenestrations meaning it's not receiving enough light. It most likely needs a repot as well but only 2in more in a chunky soil mix. Lastly monstera are hungry so make sure your fertilizing with a gentle fertilized every few waterings.
