# Does this mean that my monstera is beginning to grow a pup?? I’m not…

Does this mean that my monstera is beginning to grow a pup?? I’m not too sure. This new leaf is different than the ones I’ve had before. This specific pot I had to propagate because the original was dropped and they broke off. So I’m excited and happy that it’s doing so well.

Thank you!! This is my first with this plant, honestly with plants in general. I’m a worry wart and don’t know what to expect. But it’s exciting to see all the new growth.
