Help!! What is happening to my poor beautiful monstera? Im pretty sure this is common but what is the cause exactly? I’m assuming something to do with sunlight or water, although I think the sunlight is correct, any advice on what it could be and how I could fix it would be helpful, thanks in advance! 😊

Edit: these spots are only on the smaller leaves, not the big ones

Looks like kitty bites… do you have a cat in your house? If so, be careful, monsteras are toxic to pets!

Yes I do have 2 cats, I was thinking it might be but I wanted to be sure, I also did research and monsteras aren’t highly toxic so I felt pretty safe:) I do keep the door closed though, thx! 😊
