Add grow lights or move to a sunnier brighter indirect light location. 8 to 12 hours of light. Do not follow a watering schedule. That method can ruin your plant. Water when the top 2ish inch is dry. You could check with a stick or poke your finger down there. When you pull it up and there is no soil stuck to it, it’s time to water. If you have more plants, I’d invest in a soil moisture meter.
