# Hello! I got this little Monstera Thai Constellation about a week and…

Hello! I got this little Monstera Thai Constellation about a week and a half ago. She has grown about an inch and I think she is starting to grow a new leaf! When should I go about repotting her? I have no concept for timeline when repotting a baby plant like this. Thanks!

i always repot as soon as i bring a new plant home so i know that its in good, well draining (in this case) soil, and get eyes on the health of the roots. I would use the same size pot, or only one size larger

Hard to say from this photo but I don’t see new growth yet so I say do it ASAP 😊

unless the plant is clearly distressed (yours is definitely not) and doesn’t pass the root vibe check, i usually wait two weeks then go for it!
