# My new monstera leaves are coming out damaged — any idea what might…

My new monstera leaves are coming out damaged — any idea what might be causing this?

I’m growing it in water with a hydroponic fertilizer. It’s in a room with a south-facing window but far removed from the window, so I don’t think too much light should be an issue.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated 🙏💚
