Happy Tuesday!

I accidentally broke one of my Monstera Thai and now I don’t know what to do with it. Do I need to cut it or just pot it?
😕

It has a good root system. You could either put it in water to develop the roots more or plop it back in soil. Either way, I think it will be fine and grow nicely

Will the stems and leaves grow back with what’s left?

With the roots that ypu have, it should pop out a new growth. It might take some time but nature finds a way

I would put it in water to grow more roots and then pot ! And add liquid rooting hormone

Defo stick it in some water! Maybe a drop or two of some plant food as water doesn't really give it the nutrients it needs, but with roots like this it should be fine! I would clean off the roots by running them under a tap gently to get rid of any soil but it should be fine in the end!
