What exactly do you need help with ?

There are brown spots on the leafs, and the yellow one

The Yellow could be just because it is the oldest leaf, which is normal. Looks like only one leaf has brown spots, which it might have just been burnt.

As for now, make sure it has drainage with very chunky soil.

TBH these plants are pretty hardy as long as you don't overwater it. Overwatering is not the amount of water you give it, but the frequency you water it.

I currently have 4 Deliciosa (one is an albo and one is Thai Constellation) a few varieties of adansonii, and a spruceana. They are a great plants. Good luck! She is a beaut!

I would first check the roots the pot looks a tad big, the brown might be from normal wear n tear

It’s a Monstera Deliciosa :) Let the soil dry out between watering and give it bright, indirect light.

You might see some aerial roots eventually (roots that grow from the stem). If you want, you can just direct these towards the soil and they’ll eventually grow into it.

They also like small pots with well-draining, chunky soil. I have mine in mostly orchid bark and perlite. Regular potting soil is okay as long as it’s drying out completely between watering
