Hi! I love my Monstera! Worried that the new leaf shoots are brown and the underside of this leaf has brown and yellow spots. Please help! What should I do?

The sheath that the new leaf comes out of dies off after the new leaf comes in as it’s no longer useful to the plant, so it shifts energy elsewhere. The spots don’t look like anything I’d be too worried about but I’m far from a pro. Maybe someone else will have more on those.
