Does anybody know a reputable place to get a healthy variegated monstera? Also, which type of variegated monstera is easiest to keep alive? I adore the look of them, but I’ve heard the variegated varieties can be fussier lol

There are a lot of different types of variegated monsteras so it depends on which one you’re most interested in and how much you want to pay. I’m not an expert by any means but I’ve had good success with Thai constellations; they’ve become pretty affordable ($20-30 US) and they’re a stable variegation so they shouldn’t revert back to all green. I got one online a couple years ago for ~$60 from Orange Lake Nursery in Florida and another a few months ago locally from Walmart for $20; both have good variegation and are doing great.

Orange Lake Nursery is currently selling monstera mints and aureas for $80 and I’m soo tempted to buy one lol.
