Will my leaves turn (specifically the circled one)? It's now facing the sun and I've placed a small stake in it

I dont believe the shorter one on the left will completely turn around, but it might lift the leaf up to increase how much of the surface sees the sun.  
The one on the back you circled may turn slightly over time and with patience. it’s not an exact science and it takes some time for the plant to adjust, especially since it was established where it was.  
If it bothers you to have it be in the wrong direction you can cut it at the base.
