# PLEASE HELP!! this has progressively been getting worse over the past…

PLEASE HELP!! this has progressively been getting worse over the past month and im freaking out! This is my pride and joy and idk what happened!! I’ve had her for 4 years and she’s never put out these brown spots.

We just moved from an older house with baseboard heating. We were there short term, moved there in June and I first noticed this in the fall. She was infront of a grow light and had a humidifier on in that room 24/7 (with 30 other plants). She’s well taken care of and this came out of nowhere. We just moved back this past weekend, and I feel like it’s now getting worse over the past week that we’ve been here. I have no idea what’s wrong? Any help would be appreciated!!

It’s hard to see on the picture but the dark spots with the yellow halo or edging could possibly be either a fungal or bacterial infection. If it’s getting worse I suggest isolating it from your other plants so it doesn’t spread if it’s fungal. There are antifungal \& antibiotic treatments for plants. You’ll have to do some research to see what’s best for your plant’s symptoms.

Thank you! I also believe it’s a fungal infection, I’m gonna order fungicide now ! Thank you!!
