Hi! We’ve just rescued a monstera and I’m unsure whether it needs to be repotted, separated or left as is. All of this plant is looking like chaos lol

Usually repot because you don’t know how old the soil is.  
Monsteras like chunky soil.

Yes it looks like it DEFINITELY needs to be repotted!👍🏻

Just an update on it! We repotted and it is definitely good we did!! Holy roots. We made sure to put it in chunky soil and extra support. It looks much better. Thanks for the help 😊
