Is it safe to move a monstera outside in a shaded area for a couple hours then back inside so they can get some of this Texas humidity. Will it cause them to go into shock ?

What a fun greenhouse!! I live in a very dry climate so i can't answer, sorry. But I'm sure someone can.

A shaded area should be fine, as long as you can acclimate it to the conditions slowly. With it being so hot, maybe take it out for a half an hour to start. Next day go to 45 minutes and so on, monitoring for any issues along the way.
