When is a good time to repot this bad boy? It’s not quite root bound (I checked), but there’s root growth coming out of the bottom and with the pot it is in, I’m struggling to ensure each leaf gets enough sunlight…

From what I’ve read is that these plants like to be slightly rootbound because they can focus a lot of their energy into growing the roots to fill the pot rather than the leaves. Your leaves are being supported up right which is causing some of them to be blocked by other leaves. Maybe adjust your sticks to spread out the leaves- not having them all up straight. Monsteras like to be in all directions🪴
