# Hi All! I just got this beautiful white monstera and took it home…

Hi All! I just got this beautiful white monstera and took it home Wednesday out of its nuturing pot into potting soil with some nutrients and she’s so droopy! Is she salvagable? Or should I cut and start over /;  
She’s hanging out in my southwest window with slightly damp soil that is draining from the bottom. Help!

i think that might be a philodendron! monsterra leaves tend to be more round or heart shaped :)

i would at the minimum, make sure that the roots are still healthy, and that it has a nice chunky well draining tropical soil.

You are absolutely right! I did more research and realized it is a white knight!  
I ended up completely cutting off both leaves to save the roots. Thank you so much!
