Here is a care list!  
Light~ bright indirect light  
Watering ~ when 1-2 inches are dry but can go longer  
Humidity ~ needs to be humid at least 60-70% I would recommend a humidifier  
Fertilizer ~ light fertilizer every week  
Soil ~ chunky tropical soil mix  
Support ~ I would recommend a moss pole  
Repotting ~ only when very root-bound , monsteras like small pots to grow in  
Leaf cleaning ~ I recommend cleaning the leaves with microfiber gloves or leaf shine every month

Sure! I don’t use fertiliser though.

There are lots of organic fertilizer options, or plant food, out there.

I’m obsessed with Happy Happy Houseplant plant food. Super Thrive is also a good one.
