# Why is my monstera so floppy? It’s been this way since I’ve bought…

Why is my monstera so floppy? It’s been this way since I’ve bought it. I’ve repotted it in May and thought it just needed time to recover. I moved it from indirect sunlight to directly in front of the window.

I’m getting new leaves every couple of weeks. I give it a good soaking every 20 days or so. I fertilize 3 waterings and treat for pest every watering.

My new leaves never fully harden firm. What is happening here?

I water my monstera every 7-14 days. I think it just needs a bit more. Low water causes limp leaves and stems

Could be due to lack of humidity during the formation of the leaves.
