Monsteras adapt to whatever lighting situation you have them under so it should be fine (until \[if even\] you see the leaves droop away from the window)

I’m assuming second is a BoP and depending on which way your window faces, but I’d recommend 5-6 hrs direct \& 6+ hrs indirect for it to THRIVE rather than survive. Hope this helps! 😁
