I recommend getting a moss filled pole that can handle the larger roots of a monstera. Godspeed!! 💚💚

Kill This Plant on YouTube has the best Monstera advice and some good vids about repotting them! Check him out! Using his advice:

-Give that baby support  
-Separate the plant if more than one is planted together (if possible to separate without root damage)  
-adhere/tie the root side to the support pole (these guys are vines in the wild and their aerial roots grow to hold them onto the trees they grow on) — this is the “back of the plant”  
-when you loosen the dirt to the main root ball, find a pot just bigger than that to put it in, it likes to be super cozy rather than having too much room.  
-water the day before repotting to give it better survivability
