Finally getting my first new leaf since purchase. It’s been over a month since I got it. And those 2 leaves have been brown since I got it but have never gotten more brown. They’ve stayed the same.

I need help I turned to glow light 💡 out it . I use it no more I watered it last week and the water ran out the bottom. But the leaves are still getting brown what’s going on😞 what am I doing wrong 😑. Help please 🙏
