It looks like you’re doing great! Just give it bright, indirect light (my monstera is in a… south-ish window) and I personally just water it every other week, but depending on how quick the soil dries out, you might want to water it earlier or vice versa.

They also look a bit droopy, I think that watering it a bit more often/giving it fertilizer might help? Good luck :>
