# My monstera isn't looking as lively as it was before and i'm not…

My monstera isn't looking as lively as it was before and i'm not exactly sure what to do with it. It was growing huge leaves before and now it's barely growing any leaves at all. I'm thinking it needs some more light as it's pretty far from a window that doesn't give off much light. If anyone has any tips or suggestions that would be great! I just want my plant to be thriving instead of just existing 🥲

Light is not the problem because they do well in shade and it is most likely a getting too dry problem. They like staying moist but not wet and should only dry a little bit between waterings. They become more drought tolerant the older they get.
