I’m new to monsteras and just got this one from a neighbor. How does my staking look?

You need to bring branches closer to the moss pole then do the tie. It looks to lose, the pole shouldn’t tilt

I would put the pole at the back of the tallest part of the plant and secure those to the moss pole I wouldn’t try to connect every stem just yet allow the smaller ones to be free only support the bigger ones

I’m going to respectfully say I disagree with the other comments and say it looks great! The main thing is that the plant has support, I wouldn’t overthink it beyond that.

i would say just be careful about having the twine around the leaf petioles versus the plants main stem (internode), but other than that, it looks ok given the angle it's grown at!

Your Monstera looks great! You might get even better results by gently tying the stems to the pole so it can climb and grow stronger. A moss pole could also help the aerial roots attach and thrive. Keep up the good work!
