Not my plant, just one for reference

I’ve been looking for a more mature monstera for a large spot in my house. I’ve been looking at some on FB marketplace and I keep running across some that are mature, but very poorly taken care of and look a mess.

Is something like this even worth the time to get, and try and fix, or should I just steer clear??

Healthy af. Me being me I'm scooping if the price is right. Potential for new plants as well

For 100? Idk, I bought mine (first pic) for only $28 at Milaegers, and in like a month or two it got to the second picture. It grows like 2 new leaves a month - I wouldn't settle for that! Just my opinion though
