Hey would you say that she needs reporting? I've had to tie her with string because she hangs over massively my cats already knocked a stem off her 😔

I would definitely try taking the whole plant out of the pot to see if she is root bound first!!! If not, she still has a little bit of time until then😊

Pick a whole pot up and see if any roots are coming out of the bottom if not, you’re good for a little while

It looks like you have several plants in there facing different directions, which I would advise repotting even if she weren’t crawling out of the pot.

Forgive me if you know this already, but monstera plants have a front side and a back side. If you’re going to keep multiple plants in a pot, you generally want them facing the same direction because they otherwise will end up blocking each other’s light in a way that stunts all or most of the plants. I would either separate those into different pots or put into a larger pot all facing the same way (so that the aerial roots are all coming out in the same direction.)

Also, when you repot, it helps to plant them in the “front” of the pot rather than the center so there’s more space for them to crawl before they go over the back edge.

I think that’s just a baby satellite leaf at the bottom… looks like a pothos but I don’t think it is
