That’s just the sheath that was protecting each leaf before it unfurled. It’s normal and not a problem. Some people trim them but I’d be scared of causing damage.

Totally normal. Like Kirsty mentioned, it's just the sheath dying off since it no longer has a use for the plant, it's deciding to put that energy elsewhere.
