# Just got back from vacation and found my monstera adansonii looking…

Just got back from vacation and found my monstera adansonii looking very very sad. It was hotter than normal while I was away so the humidity wasn’t at a great level. 😞 Is there anything I can do to save her? Some, but not all of the yellow leaves are also crispy to the touch. I’ve included a beautiful before and depressed after pics. 😭

If she was mine I would clip all the yellow off. I would bring her inside with a grow light. How wet is the soil?

I watered her on Monday so the soil is humid but not soaked. I also forgot to water her before my flight so that could’ve caused her to yellow but I could be wrong. I do keep her inside with a grow light but have very drafty windows 😞

Since she’s growing a new leaf, maybe spray with some water to help it unfurl. Place it near a humidifier if you’re able.  
Yes remove the yellow leaves and just do some basic TLC

Okay I’ll make sure to remove the leaves. I have watered \& sprayed her since returning \& the new leaf seems to be unfurling quite nicely.
