I repotted Fran and roots looked pretty good! I did have to snip a few ends though. I did 60 perlite/40 tropical soil mix. Great drainage. I repotted Tuesday and she is still very droopy. Should I just leave her and hope she improves now? I have a grow light on her 12 hours a day and she is right in front of a south facing window.

Did you water when you repotted? If so I would say yes just let her acclimate to her new pot since that stresses them… other than that I’m not sure… except maybe too much light? I’m guilty of leaving my grow light on too long myself so I’m trying to get better at turning it off before 11pm lol

I got the timer light to help as I would also forget to turn it off haha

did you mess with the roots a bunch? when you handle roots it’s nearly impossible to avoid breaking off lots of root hairs, which the plant needs in order to “drink” water. it will take time for them to regrow, especially if lots of root was lost. did you prune the leaves as well? if the root system has been trimmed the foliage should be trimmed to match.
i would really recommend turning the plant around also, so that the aerial roots and the support are pointing towards the room, and the leaves are pointing towards the window and thus the sunlight.
you really won’t need a grow light in a south facing window, unless you live in the arctic, so it might be getting too much light as well

I did have to mess with the roots a fair amount. So maybe will need to prune some of the leaves then too? Okay, I will move her to face towards the window. I am relatively arctic but I will turn the grow light down to 8 hours and see if it helps. Thank you!!

They’re also tricky in a terra cotta pot since they’re moisture-wicking pots and usually used for plants you want to keep dry.
