Just got my first monstera! It’s a deliciosa ‘Albo-Variegata’.. any tips or advice? I recently moved it closer to the window because I don’t want it getting leggy from lack of light. Its 3pm here and this is the typical light throughout the spring in the afternoon. My room gets more light in the morning but nothing intense..

hi! i think the light may be a little low, but im not too sure. if you're worried, you can always invest in a grow light! also, i hate to say it, but im not sure if that is actually a monstera. those leaves look very long and pointy, whereas monsterras are typically a rounder heart shape.  
ive attached a picture of my younger non variegated one, and my older thai con. the leaves dont change shape as they mature (minus the fenestrations), but im curious what other people think, as maybe the camera angle is deceiving.

I’m not too worried! It looks similar to my mums monstera at the same angle, and thanks for the tip! I’m definitely planning on saving for one, as it’s very dark here in the winter and fall!!

oh ok cool! there are some cheaper lights you can find on amazon if youre not looking to spend a ton on them. the brand that i use is mosthink, and i think they do a good job! feel free to do what u wish though! and good luck!!
