Did this progress super fast? Or slow?

If fast, it's likely a bacterial infection. If slow, likely fungal infection. Both are treatable with Physan-20.

I just repotted her because she outgrew the pot I bought her in.

There's other otc sprays for fungal than. And even a peroxide dilution. You just want to be consistent with treatment. Usually looks like every 3 days for a few weeks. Huh. Transplant shock doesn't usually have browning with a yellow halo, I've found its almost always infection

I use Growsafe or Physan-20. But any brand that's marketed for fungal should work
